Estimates the rate at which the alternatives to prosecution provided by the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 Pt 3 are being used, based on figures relating to the number of offences "cleared up", "disposed of" or made the subject of "criminal reports".
