A creative workshop encouraging children to explore storytelling through the creation of words and visual storytelling.

Using Home Sweet Hamish as a workshop thematic, I worked with the children to discuss behaviour issues and bad habits. Inspired by the animal’s plan in the book – the children were asked to identify a member of their family, pet or friend who displayed bad habits. Then, using a blank blue print worksheet similar to the ‘blue print’ plan in the book – the children were tasks with drawing a plan to solve the problem.
