Invited to speak at the third educational webinar of 2025, entitled ‘A Net Zero Tomorrow: Innovating for a more Sustainable NHS’.The event was organised by InnoScot Health Ltd (https://innoscot.com/) as way of offering useful insights in the drive for a greener health service. The session encouraged aspiring NHS forward-thinkers to find inspiration in the green innovation journeys that will be discussed and take practical learnings back to their places of work which can be shared with colleagues.
Sustainable aims are now integral to NHS Scotland’s aspirations to offset the climate emergency and are a vital consideration at every level of the health service going forward.
The educational webinar provided an opportunity to learn more about the Design HOPES Initiative, including another project within the larger Design HOPES remit – The Green Ward Toolkit.
