The NES approach to including the voice of people and communities (with lived experience) in the design and development of educational resources for health and social staff. This framework creates the conditions for NES staff to actively involve partners and those with lived or living experience of health and social care in the design of our education, learning, workforce, and technology development to support achievement of these objectives.
