Provision of a 2 day CPD course for twenty-four Blackburn with Darwen council staff specialising in early years support including 12 family hub workers, 3 specialists from the perinatal community mental health team, 2 family time support workers, 2 family link workers, 1 childminder, 1 special guardian officer, 1 eco artist and 2 third sector specialist in perinatal mental health from ‘Lancashire women’. This training is aimed at supporting practitioners to understand and roll out the ‘Art at the Start’ approach across a range of tariffs of need.
