I was invited to delivered a talk at the School of Government & International Affairs (SGIA), Durham University, on "China’s energy diplomacy towards Central Asia (1990s - present)," at their Public Lecture series in the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies. The audience included the staff members, PhD students as well as the Masters' students. I have received very good feedbacks and a number of interesting questions about China's Central Asian strategy and its Belt and Road Initiative.
