    A talk delivered at the DFID-ESRC project dissemination workshop in Beijng, which was participated by nearly 30 specialist from China, Singapore and the UK. Our research team has given three presentations at the workshop, to showcase the findings of the project, and also to obtain feedbacks from government officials, University researchers, and experts from the petroleum Industry.
