Collaborate 4 Impact funding of £5000 to work together with partners Dundee Contemporary Arts to create a local response to a forthcoming exhibition in DCA 'Acts of Creation', on the theme of Motherhood. The funding will allow us to work with artists to explore the themes and create art with local community groups. We want local mothers to have a chance to think about and respond to this exhibition in a way which makes it meaningful to them. We will use participative art as a way of engaging communities who might otherwise not have visited the show, and to amplify their experiences of motherhood. This will enable us to champion this voice to health professionals involved in mother’s and babies’ early years experiences.
