Engramma – full title: “La Rivista di Engramma Engramma. La tradizione classica nella memoria occidentale” ISSN 1826-901X – is the online journal of the "Centro studi classicA | Iuav" (Architecture, Culture, and Classic Tradition) – of the Iuav University of Venice: it is a research laboratory that includes scholars of different backgrounds and of young researchers, coordinated by Monica Centanni. Founded in the year 2000, following the first parallel iconological researches made by the Classical Tradition Seminars (then held at the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice. Since 2002, the editorial department of Engramma is at the Iuav University of Venice; and since 2006, the magazine is the scientific core of classicA. The Scientific Committee of “Engramma” (Comitato Scientifico di Engramma) consists of internationally renowned scholars in the field of Humanity Studies: Lorenzo Braccesi (Emeritus Professor of Ancient Greek History, University of Padova); Maria Grazia Ciani (Ordinary Professor of The Classical Tradition, University of Padova, retired); Georges Didi-Huberman, Maître de Conférences, École des Hautes Études en Sciences Socials, Paris; Alberto Ferlenga, Director of the Iuav School of Doctorate Studies); Kurt W.
