Dr Marta Cristina Azaola coordinated a four-day workshop in January 2018 entitled Enhancing reflective learning and school collaboration in rural Mexico which was funded by the British Council in Universidad Iberoamericana campus Mexico City and a rural school in the State of Hidalgo. Three British scholars, Dr Paul Armstrong from the University of Manchester, Dr Cath Gristy from Plymouth University, and Dr Helen Coker from the University of the Highlands and Islands, presented their work on school collaboration and dialogic learning.
