Description

Co-chairing a national committee tasked with developing clinical, best practice guidelines for rehabilitation engineers and occupational therapists using specialised wheelchair controls, in particular eye-gaze control interfaces. This is a primary safety linked to BS ISO 7176 parts 14, 22 and 25. The work is a collaboration between UK health institutions and resulting papers will be submitted to NHSE / NHS Scotland for formal adoption, as well as to Posture and Mobility Group (PMG) for community and professional review.
