Description
I organised a practice-led public engagement workshop around the theme of "Ocean Plastic".Listing in programme
Have you ever considered the possibilities ofrepurposing the plastic that pollutes our beaches?
In this workshop Kathy Vones will show you how ocean plastic, usually considered as rubbish, can have real value. Using 3D-printing techniques you will transform salvaged plastic into inventions of your own. This workshop combines environmental awareness, recycling, positive action, and education. It will also be super-exciting as you see your designs emerge.
Please bring used sturdy plastic with you to repurpose.
