Description
An online conversation about the benefits of reconnecting to nature amongst the trees of Tentsmuir Forest. The benefits of immersion among trees improves health and boosts the immune system. Our close proximity to trees in Tayside means we are well placed to experience their healing effects.
Dr Susan Mains and Christine Kingsley (University of Dundee) deliver an online chat about their research and local walks into Tentsmuir.
They introduce a range of approaches towards walking, creative partners they are collaborating with, a short film and maps created to document their walks, and how we can reflect on our own connections with nature.
They also share top tips on how to start connecting with all our senses in nature and travelling towards a rejuvenating sense of place.
