    Invited author to help promote the First Minster Reading Challenge encouraging Scottish children of all ages and learning stages to read for fun, pleasure and personal achievement.

    Exploring the theme of bad habits, I designed a new story workbook inspired by the animal’s ‘blueprint’ plan featured in Home Sweet Hamish and gave them to the children during the events – along with blue pens, wintery collage, and sticky wrappers – something always associated with Hamish. The group were encouraged to identify a family member with a bad habit, and taken through a creative problem solving session step by step to design a 'brilliant' plan to resolve the bad habit.
