    During this literary mask making event we explored the characteristics of Hamish the Highland Cow (Bloomsbury 2003) and identified his behaviours, feelings, and bad habits featured in the story. In response, the children created their own Hamish the Highland Cow mask using recycled materials from Hamish’s ‘piles of rubbish’.
