09:30 – Attendees begin arriving. Networking with refreshments
10:00 – Introduction and welcome to the day, format of day explained
10:05 – Presentations from each institution outlining their project objectives, activities and update on current position (15 minutes per institution) – This session will also be presented on teams, so anyone unable to arrive for the 10 am start time, due to caring responsibilities, can join remotely and understand the projects to contribute to discussions. This can also be watched in the break, if required. This will also be recorded for sharing after the event among the group.
11:00 – Break
11:20 – Break out into themes (5 groups – people asked to preselect in advance of event)
- Funding Calls (What, What worked, Lessons Learned, shared experience) – Common issues – wider discussion as group
- Reporting and Evaluation (What, What worked, Lessons Learned, shared experience) – Common issues – wider discussion as group
- Development (Leadership Development)
- Reward and Recognition (What, What worked, Lessons Learned, shared experience)
- Future (Future collaboration, joint publications and resources, strategic impact)
13:00 – Lunch and Networking
14:00 – Return to present findings. This will be done in a panel format with the opportunity for questions.

15:10 – Summarise and next step decision for continued collaboration
