This was a knowledge exchange event that was organised by the Scottish Doctors Wellbeing research in order to share effective ways for Scottish Government and NHS directors to support healthcare staff morale, recovery and retention. The aim of this session was to build understanding around ways that healthcare staff feel heard, valued and supported. The participants of this event included Scottish Government officials, NHS Directors, NHS Training leads, NHS staff and researchers.
