Dr Kofi Osei-Frimpong is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Africa Business School, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Rabat, Morocco. Prior to joining Africa Business School, Kofi was an Associate Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director of Research and Consultancy at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Ghana. Kofi has 10 years experience in higher education and combines research and teaching. He has also regularly presented competitive papers at reputable international service research and Marketing conferences in several countries. His research works are published in leading international academic journals.
