Innovation and Impact Development Fund – Leading Healthcare Through Design. In collaboration with NHS Tayside, this feasibility study aimed to investigate how the convergence of leadership and the Design Thinking process can provide a basis for creating an improved culture of trust and care amid constant change. Facilitation of a design led workshop (online) with healthcare professionals focusing on the key issues and drivers important to NHS Tayside.
