DescriptionFortaleza City Council, based in the state of Ceará (Brazil), as part of the knowledge exchange programme 'Helping young people feel at home' funded by SUII and GCRF invited Andrea Rodriguez to pass a full day visiting a programme to tackle youth homelessness, called 'Point of Encounter'. The first period of the day was to have a debate with front line staff on knowledge exchange experiences to reduce youth homelessness in both countries. The second period was to shadow the art and street educators during their work and to have a participation observation experience regarding their approach on children and adolescents and their families living in the streets.
