Audience research is a huge field, mainly aimed at marketing products and services to enhance sales. However, the principles of knowing your audience, their experiences and their interests can help immensely when planning and delivering your public engagement.

You will learn key knowledge on audiences and skills that will allow you to build trust and positive engagement.

This is an interactive workshop that will involve anonymous polls and group work.
