Description

The symposium has three main aims:
To explore, amplify and share practice across the sector.
To openly share and explore King's approaches, successes and learnings since the inception of its Research Culture team, highlighting the work of those involved all across the University.
To connect people across the sector through meaningful discussion of shared priorities and shared challenges (including fixed-term contracts, reward and recognition, research assessment, under representation of minoritised groups in research and more).

The symposium is for anybody with an interest in enhancing research culture in universities.
