Description

Anatomical dissection has been the cornerstone of medical education for many years but the generosity of body donors is now also beginning to change the face of modern medicine. Hear from a female panel of professionals who, at varying stages of their careers, will be discussing the importance of body donation, the impact it has had within anatomy and how it has influenced their careers. BBC Radio producer and presenter Pennie Latin will chair the discussion.

This event is also part of a 12 month long celebration for the University’s Year of Anatomy in 2018 which commemorates the 130th year of the prestigious Cox Chair of Anatomy as well as marking International Women’s Day.
