Two science crafternoons were held for young people (10 -18 years old) who attend sessions organised by the Community Learning and Development West Youth Team from Dundee City Council. Sessions were held in the community building in Lochee Park.
Session 1 (18 July): Activities were microscopes, keyring making, chromatography, badge making and making an interactive game. These related to research from the Schools of Life Sciences (development, Alzheimer's disease, drug discovery) and Science and Engineering including the Leverhulme Research Centre for Forensic Science. Approximately 40 attendees.
