It's a Centre based in Glasgow Universtiy that focus on China related research led by Professor Jane Duckett. Its members include researchers at the Universities of St. Andrews, Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh and Dundee. I was among the founding members of the SCCR and have given a talk at the forum at various occasions.
