SHIFT was a dynamic, one-day event hosted by Design HOPES’ early-career researchers. It brought together creatives and researchers through interactive discussions, hands-on workshops, and thought-provoking presentations to explore the intersections of health, the green transition, design, and creative practice.

Aiming to reimagine the traditional conference format, SHIFT placed artefacts at the centre of conversations, supported by written reflections. The event delved into the complex relationships between planetary and human health — a key focus in addressing the transdisciplinary challenges of climate change.
