    Inclusive technology for Smart City A smart city uses Information Technology to enhance performance and well being, to reduce costs and resource consumption, and to engage more effectively and actively with its citizens. There are world-wide interest in Smart Cities. Also, while Govt. of India announced around 100 smart cities to be developed in future. The European Union (EU) has devoted constant efforts to devise a strategy for achieving 'smart' urban growth for its metropolitan city-regions and as the intricacies, especially in view of I.T. innovations are higher.
