Description

Hazel Ednie from the Institute of Sport (ISE) & Exercise, University of Dundee, provided an insight into exercises that are proven to be effective for improving muscular strength and promote better balance. Balance training can do a lot to help keep us on our feet and remain active.
The 5 week low impact programme included standing and chair options making it suitable for everyone to join in. Exercise has been shown to reduce feelings of fatigue, improve mood and functional mobility and balance for people with MS.
