Description

Work experience for two S4 Braeview students over 4 days. They participated in all aspects of what happens in the CeTPD. This included:
- Safety Induction
- Chemistry Experiment: Synthesis of aspirin (Giorgia Kidd and Liam Martin)
- Introduction to Cell Biology - plating cells and aseptic techniques (Diane Cassidy), continuation (Aitana De La Cuadra Baste)
- Introduction to crystallography - crystallising lysozyme (Alena Kroupova)
- How we use computational modelling (Sohini Chakraborti)
- Q&A session with scientists
