Description
A template of self assessment death anxiety survey in the Thai language. The template was used as a part of project from 2019-2021 to determine participants' death anxiety before and after the project. The project was funded by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation under Grant no. 62-01611, 63-01629 and 64-00937.
