Description
The author became custodian of this bioresource, successfully leading a competitive application to house this extensive and unique bacterial isolate collection at the University of Dundee. This valuable asset also holds a wealth of surveillance data from over 107,374 UK bacterial isolates e.g. detailed resistance information (minimum inhibitory concentrations, resistance mechanisms, bacterial sequences) and anonymised patient demographics. Researchers can apply to the Tayside Biorepository for access.
