This repository contains datasets for the interpretation of the results presented in the manuscript ''Acinetobacter enrichment shapes composition and function of the bacterial microbiota of field-grown tomato plants'.
It replaces previous version as a consequence of the revision process [new Dataset S5 added to the list of former ones].
