Description
The data were created as part of a PhD thesis investigating links between catchment characteristics and water quality to assess impacts of climate change on raw water quality. The file contains information describing catchment characteristics for public water supply sources in Scotland. The data were created using catchment boundaries and freely available datasets describing natural and anthropogenic conditions (see ReadMe for further description). The dataset comprises the full set of catchments provided by Scotland's public water supplier, Scottish Water.
