Description
This dataset contains the consensus sequences of transposable elements (TEs) identified in the genome of the brown alga Ectocarpus. The library was used for genome annotation, TE expression analyses, and regulatory feature mapping. The file is provided in FASTA format and includes sequence headers with family classifications.
