      Description

FingerPrints provides state of the art Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry based services to researchers at the University of Dundee and to academic and industrial clients across the globe. These services include protein identification, characterisation of post-translational modifications on proteins e.g. phosphorylation and a range of technologies for the quantitation of proteins that includes SILAC, TMT/TMTpro and Label Free (DIA). The facility also provides specialised MS based services (SRM/MRM) for targeted analysis of proteins.

Publication mapping for SLS facilities in Discovery began in 2021 and so does not include the historical contributions of the facilities in research across the University.
