      Description

The National Phenotypic Screening Centre (NPSC) at the University of Dundee partners with biopharma, biotech, and academic teams to deliver high-throughput, image-based phenotypic screening that reveals mechanism-relevant biology and accelerates decision-making.

The end-to-end platform brings together fully equipped cell and tissue culture suites; automated liquid, compound, and plate handling; and high-content data acquisition. Analyses are supported by production-grade informatics - dedicated compute cluster, fully backed-up storage, OMERO Plus data management - and reproducible pipelines built on CellProfiler, R, and JupyterHub for efficient data reduction and analysis.
