Biography

Belle Guo is a Lecturer at Dundee Law School. Prior to joining the University of Dundee, she conducted her PhD research on ‘Continuous Disclosure of Chinese Cross-border Listed Companies in Australia: Challenges and Proposals’ under the supervision of Associate Professor Marina Nehme and Associate Professor Charlie Weng at the University of New South Wales. Her PhD project was funded by the Australian Government’s Endeavour Leadership Program. Belle holds an LLM in Commercial Law and an LLB from the Northwest University of Politics and Law. She has also taught Company Law at the University of Sydney Law School as a casual academic. Her current research focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, and comparative corporate law.
