Biography
Graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1985 with a Bachelors in Economics (Honours) before undertaking an M.Phil., and D.Phil. at Oxford University which were awarded in 1996. Prior to arriving in Dundee, I worked for ten years in the Research Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia. My primary teaching and research focus is macroeconomics and finance.

Bill's research interests include macroeconomic theory and policy, monetary economics, the labour market and the economics of financial institutions.
