A multilingual and multicultural luxury hotel professional (English, Japanese, French, Mandarin & Spanish) with over 12 years of international experience in hotel operation and sales & marking. I am known for my perseverance and love for learning. I take pleasure in achieving goals even when I am faced with obstacles. I am situated in Parisian region of France, and a proud mother of my son. Serving political figures and royal families on a daily basis at ultra luxury international hotels interested me to research Political Science and International Relations. In my undergraduate study at Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto Japan where I obtained Bachelor of Business Administration, I have conducted a research on Japanese Foreign Direct Investment in China by conducting company visits and interviews in Beijing and Tianjing area. My primal interest was how China was changing as a market and as a business partner of Japanese multinationals. My thesis at City University of Hong Kong, as a part of Master of Arts in Asian and International Study, was focused on Chinese investments in Latin America, and my main research question was if Chinese FDI was benefiting the continent’s economic development or simply exploiting it. I’ve embarked on my journey to obtain Master of Arts in International Relations at Queen Mary University of London through a special program offered at University of London Institute in Paris. My thesis there was on the trilateral relation among China, African Union and the European Union. In 2020, having experienced the impact of Pandemic as you did, it gave me a desire to investigate the political and economic influence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Europe, in relation to Sino-European Relation.
