I am a health data scientist passionate about the re(use) of NHS and administrative data to conduct research that will improve health care, patient outcomes and reduce inequalities. I am a Research Fellow at the Health Informatics Centre (HIC) and involved in the service delivery of the Trusted Research Environment (TRE) as Project Manager. My research interests are in health inequalities, mental health, neurodiversity and polypharmacy.

I am an Honorary Research Associated the the Scottish Learning Disabilities Observatory (SLDO), University of Glasgow, where my postdoct research covered various health areas. Prior to this, I did my PhD at Glasgow Caledonian University Vision Sciences, researching healthy ageing in the visual brain (neuroimaging, psychophysics and psychology used). My MSc in Research Methods in Psychological Sciences was at the University of Glasgow and my undergraduate BSc in Biological Sciences (Psychology) at the University of Edinburgh.
