Luke is a Lecturer in Anatomical Science (Teaching and Research) at University of Dundee and contributes to teaching across medicine, dentistry and science programmes.

Luke's research focuses on non-invasive methods of airflow analysis using patient-specific imaging data, specifically fluid-structure interaction in exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction. He works in collaboration with Engineering, NHS Tayside and Centre of Anatomy and Human Identification.
