Marie Beresford-Dey is a lecturer on the MEd, MSc Leadership & Innovation and BA Professional Development programmes. She joined the School in 2013. Before moving to Scotland Marie spent a number of years working in various roles within the mainstream education sector. Marie's experiences across the different sectors have provided her with a broad base on which to build her professional knowledge. Throughout her career, Marie has had a keen interest in Leadership and Management, both formally and informally.
Marie is currently undertaking a PhD with a focus on leadership, creativity and complexity.
