    Description

    CURRENT: Contemporary Art from Scotland | Phase Four was an international curatorial collaboration with OCAT Shenzhen in 2021 which concluded CURRENT: Contemporary Art from Scotland, the largest presentation to date in China of contemporary art made in Scotland initiated by Hao in 2015 and realised in collaboration with major organisations in China.

    Curated by Hao, funded by Creative Scotland, British Council and the Scottish Government, Phase Four at OCAT Shenzhen, following previous iterations in Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan, consisted of two solo exhibitions from Corin Sworn, (2014 Max Mara Art Prize for Women) and Nashashibi/Skaer (joint practice of Turner Prize nominees Rosalind Nashashibi and Lucy Skaer).
