Abstract
تبادل اطلاعات پزشکی شامل نگهداری، مراقبت، تشخیص، مشاوره و معالجه است که اخیراً توجه به انتقال داده های پزشکی و مسائل آموزشی نیز حائز اهمیت شده است. با پیشرفت تکنولوژی چالش های امنیتی جدیدی پدیدار شده است زنجیره بلوکی توانسته است به برخی از آنها پاسخ دهد. رویکرد زنجیره بلوکی افقهای تازه ای را در امنیت و شفافیت بدون نیاز به یک سیستم مرکزی پدید آورده است. هدف این پژوهش ارائه یک مقایسه جامع بین سیستم های سلامت رایج، مشکلات، کمبودهای آنان و سیستم های سلامت مبتنی بر زنجیره بلوکی و بررسی چالش های موجود در حین پیاده سازی زنجیره بلوکی می باشد.
Abstract in English:
The exchange of medical information includes maintenance, care, diagnosis, consultation and treatment, recently attention to the transfer of medical data and educational issues is also important. With the advancement of technology, new security challenges have emerged and blockchain has been able to respond to some of them. The blockchain approach has created new horizons in security and transparency without the need for a central system. The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive comparison between common health systems, their problems, deficiencies and health systems based on the block chain and to examine the challenges during the implementation of the block chain.
