    Abstract

    Improved synthetic routes have been established for the preparation of appropriately protected 2'-O-allylribonucleoside-3'-O-phosphoramidites. 2'-O-Allyloligoribonucleotides prove to be superior antisense compounds for investigating RNA processing.
