Abstract
The contribution of each author in this project is equally weighted between each of the three collaborators – each bringing a set of skills and knowledge to the outcome. My own leading contribution has been to devise, design and manage the framework for production, publication and exhibition. Further valuable contributions have also been provided by additional collaborators through invitation.
