Abstract
Increasingly, a large group of organisations have realised that the social impact generated by their actions can be enhanced if they are articulated trough a joint work. This form of articulation has become strategic for many organisations in the field of inequalities as thinking and acting in a network is challenging and at the same time opens up a world of possibilities to intervene. A integrated and multidisciplinary work lead to the questioning of proper guidelines, forms of action, re-examines concepts and create new tools of social transformation. This Chapter presents an experience of a collaborative work cross sectors to tackle the situation of children and adolescents working in the drug trafficking in favelas in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
