Abstract
The abdominopelvic autonomic nervous system is a complicated network of interdigitated fibers stemming from the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Harmony between these two systems is important in the functions of the abdominopelvic viscera. This chapter highlights the specific course and origin of the fibers that come together to innervate the visceral structures of this region.
