Abstract

How do you run an artist residency when the world is in lockdown? Through the Covid pandemic, artist Emily Fong explored the Wellcome Centre for Anti-Infectives Research as a digital resident. She explored the spaces and went on a journey with some of the key people behind the research.

We then created an online blog, where Emily shared her discoveries and reflections. This was in the form of words, photography, sculpture, and a series of beautiful illustrations. These brought our researchers to life in a whole new way.
