Abstract

As part of the CHORUS programme, the team at HPRG conducted a rapid review from 30 January to 31 August 2020, to examine the scope of federal, state and local government responses to COVID-19 in Nigeria, in order to underscore how these have impacted on the health, wellbeing and livelihood of the urban poor in Enugu and Onitsha cities.

This report highlights the key findings and recommendations from the study.
